With Avanti, quarterly balancing is easier and less time-consuming. This change in workload has given Melissa time back and the opportunity to expand her role with benefits administration. It’s also freed up time for the organization’s HR team.

Self-Service Portal
The Avanti GO app and Self-Service Portal have made a huge difference to how the Acera Insurance team communicates and operates. Employees can now check their schedules, view their paystubs, update their personal info, and access their T4s online and from their phones, which is a huge plus for everyone. It’s saving the whole team time, while also saving money on printing and mailing costs.
